Fourth-Year Students Shine in Graduation Projects at the New Technological University of Cairo

Under the sponsorship of Professor Dr Mahmoud El-Sheikh, President of the New Technological University of Cairo, Professor Dr Tarek Abdelmalak, Dean of the Faculty of Industry and Energy Technology, Professor Dr Tamer Abu El Naga, Student Affairs Dean, and Professor Dr. Sayed El Far, Training and Environment Affairs Dean, fourth-year students discussed their graduation projects for four technological programs: New and Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, Autotronics , and Information and Communication technology.

 

The projects were supervised by faculty members, and the discussions highlighted the importance of these projects for the advancement and development of the Egyptian industry. The New and Renewable Energy program presented five projects:

 

  1. Enhancement of Power Quality Terms in Small Standalone PV System Using SAPF Based Microcontroller.
  2. Practical Prototype Model for Generating Electricity Using Tidal Energy.
  3. Cooling Photovoltaic Using Nanofluid (Photovoltaic Thermal).
  4. Smart Home Using I.C.S.
  5. Hydrogen Utilization in Energy Generation.

 

Similarly, Mechatronics presented five projects, Autotronics presented four projects, and Information Technology and Communications presented five projects. The discussions were attended by a distinguished board of professors from various universities, acknowledging the students’ excellence and the significance of their projects in various areas such as sustainable development, industry, and technology.
