Under the auspices of Dr. Mahmoud El Sheikh, President of the NCTU, Dr. Tarek Abdel Malak Mikhail, Dean of the Faculty of Industry and Energy Technology, will organize a training session for faculty members and staff of the university on competency-based education in accordance with international standards for technological education.

The training will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2022, at 11:00 AM, in the main meeting hall of the university on the third floor.

It is worth noting that competency-based education is a new educational system that involves industry experts in developing curricula that prepare students for the labor market. This is done by involving industry practitioners, technical education experts, as well as foreign teachers and experts to identify the graduate’s specifications and the skills they need to be able to face the labor market.
