El Sheikh Signs Cooperation Protocol with Madkour Engineering Projects Company

In accordance with Egypt’s Vision 2030, which aims to connect and cooperate between government, private, and civil society institutions, and in line with the vision of technological education in Egypt in cooperation with the industrial sector to create a qualified technological graduate who serves various industrial sectors in Egypt.

In this context, the NCTU signed a joint cooperation protocol with Madkour Engineering Projects Company, with the aim of developing cooperation in various academic, professional, and technological fields. This will be done by providing various training programs for university students in various specializations to prepare them for the labor market, in addition to providing job opportunities for university graduates in various specializations.

The protocol is signed in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud El Sheikh, President of the NCTU, Dr. Mustafa Amin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Madkour Group for Engineering Projects, in addition to Professor Dr. Tarek Abdel Malak Mikhail, Dean of the Faculty of Industry and Energy Technology at the university, and his accompanying delegation, Dr. Enma Mustafa, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Madkour Group, and a group of officials from Madkour Group for Engineering Projects.

It is worth noting that Madkour Engineering Projects Company is one of the leading industrial companies in Egypt in the field of providing integrated solutions for managing electricity and water distribution systems through its advanced smart services that it provides to various residential, industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors. This is in line with Egypt’s digital vision to include services for the operation and maintenance of the main life facilities, in addition to selling and distributing electricity and water. Madkour Utilities Company was established from two main sectors: (Facility Management) and (Property Management), to provide the Egyptian market with the latest smart services and technologies for managing basic facilities starting from operating electricity generation projects and water lifting to supplying electrical and water power to subscribers from the company’s substations, as well as operating and maintaining the distribution of electricity and water, and managing properties through security, cleaning, and agriculture services.

This protocol came as an effort by the university to create a balance and integration between technological education and the industrial and service sectors in Egypt..
