New Cairo Technological University, headed by Prof. Dr. Tarek Abdel Malak, participated in the Egypt Energy and FIREX Egypt exhibitions, which continued from 29 to 31 October 2023, which is the first of its kind in Egypt. It is held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, with the aim of spreading awareness in the field of renewable energy.
Dr. Tarek Abdel Malak, President of the University, stressed that the university’s participation in the exhibition provides a great opportunity for direct interaction for university students with companies and bodies interested in the field of renewable energy, exchanging experiences and visions, and presenting technological innovations and services provided by the participating bodies through seminars and workshops organized on the sidelines of the exhibition.
Abdel Malak added that the university’s participation in the exhibition through students and faculty members came within the framework of the university’s continuous interest in connecting students of the New and Renewable Energy Program with the latest global technological developments in their field of specialization, in order to keep pace with Egypt’s Sustainable Development Plan 2030, which aims to transform into a clean and more sustainable energy future, through the use of the latest smart energy technologies.
