New Cairo University of Technology participates in the training program for presidents of student unions at universities

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Tarek Abdul-Malak, the President of the New Cairo Technological University, student Omaima Ahmed, the Vice President of the University Student Union and Acting President of the Union, participated in a training program for student union presidents in the universities. The program was held at the National Training Academy (NTA), affiliated with the Presidency of the Republic. The training program covered various topics, including national security, ceremonies and protocols, personal skills, Egypt’s Vision 2030, and administrative skills such as crisis management, negotiation, and successful team management. It also addressed the Egyptian balancing between political and economic opportunities and challenges, international experiences in the work of student unions, student activities and development, political participation, the role of parties, and the training included lectures, discussions, workshops, simulation models, and individual and group evaluations. Dr. Tarek Abdul-Malak, the university president, stated that the training programs for student union presidents and their deputies at universities aim to achieve the full development of all human capacities within the student unions.
