Digital Transformation Unit
It is responsible for formulating technical policies and developing integrated software systems to connect university departments. It also oversees the provision of necessary technical support and the implementation of information security standards to ensure the continuity of highly efficient digital operations. It is managed by the university’s Director of Administration, assisted by the same department’s staff.

This committee oversees the design and expansion of the local area network (LAN) and wireless connectivity, secures the main server rooms (Data Center), ensures stable internet speeds, and connects university buildings using the latest networking technologies.
It is managed by a specialized faculty member with a doctorate, assisted by a teaching assistant in the same field, and administrative staff as needed.
Systems and Applications Committee
This committee studies the university’s needs for electronic applications and platforms, monitors emerging educational platforms at the university, and oversees the development of electronic portals and smart services for students and staff to ensure a complete transition to a “smart university.”

Publishing Committee Statistics
This department is responsible for managing the digital content on the university website, collecting and analyzing statistical data to support decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy of the university’s digital reports and their compliance with the performance indicators required by the Ministry of Higher Education.
