University Quality Assurance Center
In line with New Cairo Technological University’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality and institutional excellence, and its continuous pursuit to enhance academic and administrative performance in accordance with national and international accreditation and quality standards, this internal regulation of the Quality Assurance Unit serves as the guiding framework for the unit’s operations.
This regulation aims to define the unit’s objectives, responsibilities, organizational structure, and operational mechanisms to ensure its active role in monitoring and developing quality assurance systems, as well as promoting continuous improvement in academic programs, educational services, and research and community activities.
By putting this regulation into effect, the University reaffirms its commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, and to building a modern educational system capable of competing regionally and internationally, thereby fulfilling its vision and mission of graduating distinguished professionals who meet the evolving demands of the labor market.

- The Quality Assurance Unit at New Cairo Technological University (NCTU) aspires to become a leading center locally, regionally, and internationally in implementing quality and academic accreditation standards — thereby strengthening the university’s position as a distinguished technological institution and enabling it to achieve global leadership in education, research, innovation, and community service.
Mission
- The Quality Assurance Unit is committed to developing and implementing a comprehensive and integrated quality assurance system that promotes continuous improvement across all academic, research, administrative, and community activities of the university, through: Supporting the university in achieving local and international academic accreditation. Aligning technological programs with global standards and labor market requirements. Promoting a culture of quality and excellence among students, faculty members, and staff. Activating monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of academic and administrative performance. Expanding international partnerships and collaborations to enhance institutional excellence and global recognition of the university’s outcomes.
Objectives of the Quality Assurance Center
Promote and institutionalize a culture of quality and organizational excellence among all university members.
Develop and maintain integrated internal systems for quality assurance and accreditation in accordance with national and international standards.
Prepare and monitor strategic and continuous improvement plans for academic programs and research activities.
Support colleges and programs in obtaining international academic accreditation in addition to local accreditation.
Monitor academic and administrative performance indicators and align them with global labor market needs.
Build the capacities of faculty members, staff, and students in the areas of quality, research, and innovation.
Enhance the global reputation of the university through adopting best international practices and developing strategic partnerships with renowned educational and research institutions.
